
Every year on the Feast of St. Charles and then for St. Ambrose, everybody makes a visit here.
This is my favorite sanctuary in Rome. Aren't these many stairs great? It would be just glorious to see an Ambrosian Rite Mass here at this altar with all the smells and bells!

What's the church called?
It's the Basilica of Sts. Charles and Ambrose on the Via del Corso (Basilica di S. Ambrogio e Carlo).
At the side-altar (of the Most Blessed Sacrament) we on August 1st celebrated a Traditional Roman Rite Mass (SSPX). Quite nice. And the sacristan was friendly too. The Church is nice, but the table altar is ugly.
