Catholic culture: the family plot and stone...


Wish there was a religious symbol carved on the family stone, but anyways, grandpa's "pa" had this one made and the family members are buried around it.

I find it interesting, that this tomb stone lacks any sacred decoration. A proper Catholic grave stone should have Roman Catholic Sacred Art and Inscriptions and Prayers. This is a clear example of Catholics being secularised by popular American culture!
