The news in Italy is that the Obamination doesn't go to church or bring his kids to church. The news outlets report that on Sunday mornings he just sleeps in and "goes to the gym."

Hmmm, so president-elect Obama doesn't go to church; he's in good Republican company. Ronald Reagan didn't go to church (security reasons, if one cared to believe the blurb) and George W Bush attends sporadically at best while in DC (again security reasons). A dear friend is a member of George W's church down in Crawford, and has told me more than once that "W" scarsely shows up when "the family is at the ranch down the road" as she quaintly puts it. Lest you think she is merely being nasty, her family and that of the Bush's "..go back a long ways, honey child." and she really likes George's "papa".
Oddly enough, the great Satan (as fundamentalist Protestants would have him) Bill Clinton went to church on a regular basis; go figure.
Going to church will not make a person a Christian, but a true (though always imperfect) Christian does go to church.
Oh, it seems you like the Clement VII Chianti; try the 2002 bottling; like velvet. Good wine, good cheese, good bread, good friends....hmmm, it's time for me to spend some time in Rome again.

"News in Italy" is that Obama doesn't go to church. THAT'S really funny! How many Italians go to church regularly? Not many.
