Get to know Catholic music. As moderns we sometimes tend to not like it at first, but give it a while and it'll grow on you (or at least pray for the grace).
And look for anything by the great Rome direttore, Mons. Domenico Bartolucci. He's a legend, having been born in 1917 he's the greatest living choir director in the Rome of today. He loves Palestrina and the Lord reward him always in this life as well as in the next.
