Any time there's an event hosted in Rome by the Hungarian Academy (l'Accademia d'Ungheria di Roma) it's a must (there's loads of free food and it's all delux and delicious!).
Actually, it's such an experience to be there in the giant Palazzo Falconieri on the wonderful Via Giulia, 1. The Hungarians put on a lovely spread and feed everybody with wonderful traditional Hungarian foods and it's all a great experience where you meet many nice Hungarians and their many guests.
The Embassy of the Republic of Hungary to the Holy See is hosting the reception tomorrow night and all are welcome - in honor of the first king of Hungary, St. Stephen. August 20 is his feast, but celebrated here at this time as nobody is in Rome in August.
