So much of Catholic culture has been forgotten, but it's never too late to teach a new generation that which has been lost. Anyways, after the priest gives his first blessing (along the rail as seen here) after the Rite of Ordination or first Holy Mass or whenever, each of the faithful after each blessing kiss both palms once (the idea as suggested by some is that the oil of ordination is still there) and so receive the indulgence.

Here in the Philippines, this custom of kissing the palms of a newly ordained priest is very much alive. Many people would even consider it, I think part of the ordination rite (done in the OF).
