One prelate you'll always see on the streets near the Vatican is the wonderful Francis Cardinal Arinze. He was one of the Council Fathers (consecrated bishop in 1965). He always has a warm word for everyone and is ever patient and kind to all.

When will he be replaced as hear of the Sacred Congregation for the Liturgy? I heard that more traditional men will replace him.
He might be a nice man, but he is no lover of Catholic tradition, or the Tridentine Latin Mass.
Hopefully retired soon.....before Christmas.
