How very beautiful.

Since the prayer Fidelium is for all the faithful departed, the verse should have been "-Erue Dne. animas eorum". The conclusion of the prayer in the Absolutio ia always the short one. The final verse is omittedsince the absolution is for all the f.d. Thanks, John, great video clip ;)

Maybe I'm just stupid, but I don't understand how we could as a Church possibly have chosen willingly to have given up all this beautiful liturgical, musical, and architectural and art tradition , and replaced it with the garbage (and I literally do mean Garbage), that we have today.

I wonder if the Pope sits in the Vatican thinking, " Duh, I wonder why no one goes to Mass with what we got now?! " LOL!!!

So inspiring and healing to the soul.

I don't want to be sarcastic in answer to that latter comment, but it seems to me the Pope is more busy telling tourists not to litter and placating the unbelievably strident critics of Pope Pius XII to even think about a little thing like restoring the Traditional Masses of the ages, which help souls the most!
