Pius XII Exhibit at the Vatican...

Here we see papal shoes, slippers, a tiara of Blessed Pius IX often worn by Pius XII and a black pianeta used for Requiem Masses (with arms of Pius XII) along with a modern chasuble (with arms of Pius XII).

What makes the last chasuble "modern"?

What liturgical color is that "modern" chausable? Violet? Looks too pink for that, which makes me think that it might be the Roman rose (Gaudete / Laetare) that Father Symondson has mentioned at the NLM.
