I read a thing in one of the local papers that the temperature this week is going to go to 37 or 40 degrees and that there are certain things you can do with your diet to help bear the heat. One of which is avoiding piatti tipici. Personally, I've pretty much gone on the all-gelatto and fruit diet. Plus about five gallons of aqua frissante a day.
