it's a huge flat. really big for rome apartment. a dump but a little tlc will fix it up just fine. and the best location. 590,000 euro. truly not bad. 4 bedrooms with a big salon and an average kitchen and bath. no mold. really nice. sunny kitchen. no balcony and no elevator. 3-4th floor.
