The care package from home...

Americans, even while living in Italy, sometimes miss real American food (and it ain't McD's): Baltimore shad roe, Georgia pickled peaches, Virginia ham, strawberry shortcake, etc.

But the best is to get a parcel from a mom who knows what we really crave: real cookies! Special thanks, Deb, and we owe you one big time!

haha, I totally know what you mean! I craved root beer soda and biscuits and whatnot when I lived in Australia. Now I crave Aussie cookies and candy, since I'm back home, lol.
