Most of the time this is what you see: an old baroque altar card now used as a mirror for sale in an antique shop (now part of an incomplete set) with a greedy employee trying to charge you too much (because you're a "rich" tourist).

I have a complete set of altar cards in gilt brass frames, and a partial one[2 pieces], also in nice brass frames. I rescued them from a box on the floor of an antique/ thrift shop.
