Oh, and there's Monsignor Wach...didn't even notice him the first time. Strange how someone who wears a blue biretta could ever be missed.

We were very blessed in the Diocese of LaCrosse to have this great man as our Bishop. He was a very pastoral as well as strong bishop. God Bless him!!!

The valet (manservant) is in livery. There were two of them. They acted as an honor guard/attendant.
