Be a pilgrim in Catholic Germany and Catholic Austria...

When you travel the European continent as a pilgrim be sure to visit these two holy shrines:

The Marian Shrine of Altoetting in Germany (http://www.altoetting.de/).
The Marian Shrine of Mariazell in Austria (http://www.mariazell.at/).

Grace, miracles, healing and renewal.

Veni Creator Spiritus!

Thank you for "promoting" our German and Austrian places of pilgrimage. Of course, there are many more places of mercy here...

Please don't forget to visit Maria Vesperbild in Bavaria. It's a powerhouse of Catholic devotion, excellent liturgy and marvellous preaching:

Yes, Vesperbild is great. They celebrate the Novus Ordo in a very devout manner. Last year, on the Feast of the Assumption, Msgr. Malcolm Ranjith was there to celebrate mass. The director of the pilgrimage is Prelate Wilhelm Imkamp, one of the most impressive clerics I know.

John, I am going to Munich with my 3rd year liceo students to Dachau where I'll say Holy Mass, then other cultural events and Mass on Sunday evening. Wish you could be there with me! Ciao, don Jeffry
