While in Rome you might prefer to confess your sins at the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. The Dominican friars there are all fine men and stellar in the confessional.
Not to mention, it's just glorious to confess in Latin, too! This Belgian friar hears confessions in ten plus languages! He's saint, and a psychologist, too.
