This superb photo is quite recent, as seen in Q's hairline. Several of us are planning to frame it and put on our walls. We are also trying to discern in which chapel chapel it was taken? There is a coat of arms on the antipendium, as in his chapel. Ask our mutual friends.
Yes, it's great - so nineteenth century! I'll ask around, but I'll bet it was taken in the Palazzo Massimo or the like in Rome...
It's not a Palazzo, it's a small private chapel. Ask M or Magnus Possomus.
Here is a bigger version of the photo: http://img177.imageshack.us/img177/3619/nozzedoroterrazza111fs4.jpg
John-Paul,
Hard to tell from the below link:

Can't wait to see more pictures of Palazzo Massimo, on the Feast of S. Filippo Neri, i.e. if you can make it!
If you attend the Requiem Mass in Rome, ask Virginia, she may know, and send her my best regards.
Of one thing I remain convinced, Providence never fails!
It's NOT Palazzo Massimo. There is no window in the chapel and certainly no Pius IX bust anywhere! It's someone's private chapel.
Peace be with you Castor.
Picture was taken in Verona likely by Pierre.
