I like your websote very much, and your posts about the Catholic Faith, and the photos.

But regards politics, maybe you have not been home for awhile to see the misery caused by a President and polcies more to your liking.
Nearly 7.2% unemployment, 500,000+ layoffs a month, foreclosures, a massive deficit, and 2 unnecessary and unpopular wars we are involved in.
I would rather have a New Age President like Obama, than a gun-toting, hotheaded redneck Bible thumping yokel like Bushy or Palin or Huckabee, or a war-monger who puts his foot in his mouth everytime he speaks like McCain.
Give Obama a chance. There's more to politics and American existance than the concern about abortion. I am sure most citizens never even think of it. Jobs, Jobs, and the economy is the concern. Not abortion.
I am a young Japanese/American Catholic. My family is Catholic for almost 450 years. Our family was nobility in Japan (and still is), for the same amount of time. Some of the Japanese Catholic martyrs honored by the Vatican are of my family.
The present Empress of Japan was educated in a Catholic college where two of my Aunts were her classmates.
So my Catholic heritage is deep.
But, if my Church were to by some disaster turn into something like Palin's Pentecostal Church in appearance and outlook, I would rather be a Buddhist again.
Look beyond toe percieved Christianity of these people (Bush etc.), and see the harm these views have caused the country (economically, foreign policy, etc.).
If you can't look past ideology, that's too bad.
The country doesn't need another bible thumping ideologue. That's why were in the bad shape as now.
I'm will at least to give Obama a change to improve our country economically.
It's the most important for our future.

He likely practices augury like Hitler and thus his strides. A shame.

Indeed. Proof is how delusively glorified he is. Glamour and enticing charm (magic, spell or charm. Asked for in divination. The masses laud him as divinatory while Christians defend him. Exact, early Hitler. See the new Tom Cruise film & be warned.

There is no comparision between Barack Obama and Hitler. To so is slander in it's worst. It's also sick, to stretch so far as to see similarity between Hitler and Obama!!
Hitler was a megolomaniac, Obama isn't. Hitler was insane with delusions of becoming a world conqueror and savior of the Germanic people. Obama isn't insane, nor does he nurse delusions of greatness or power.
Bush might have. He and his people were all set not only to take over Iraq (which they did), but to push on into Iran and destroy it as well. It wasn't our business to topple the regime of Saadam Hussein, or threaten Iran, Syria, Afganistan, etc. These are the kind of things HITLER would have done. Bush did them.
Before people go blaming Obama, labeling him, condeming him, imagining his supposed agenda, reading evil intents in his actions....just remember Bush, Cheney, Rove, etc. as well as McCain, and even Ronnie Reagan if you want to draw comparisions to evil war-mongers, despots, megolomaniacs, and tyrants.

Oh dear. Shabby comments all round. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I call on folks posting here to actually address the arguments, not indulge in a bit of "what-aboutery".
