Here we see the Most Rev. F. Rifan of Campos, Brazil. He delivered an exceptional lecture which proved him to be a rock of solid good sense and unwavering strength and firmness.
Next to him on the dais is the director of Una Voce Italy as well as the director of Una Voce Spain who also acted as translator during the sessions.
