Summorum Pontificum: the Rome update...

Some have written to ask if there is still the daily morning Mass in the Tridentine rite celebrated at the Basilica of St. Mary Major. The answer is that yes, it is still celebrated, but not every morning. The celebrant is French, Fr. Giacomo, and and I guess he shows up when he can or when he feels like it, as I was told by the sacristan.

I haven't heard about this celebration, but it seems common from what I hear. Let's hope in this case they maintain the schedule.
