Is that a tiara on top of the catafalque ? I wonder how the FSSP got it.

I like the "memento mori". Some people these days seem to think it's macabre. But what's wrong with being reminded about mortality at a requiem ?

Yes, our two friends made the tiara, MB and CW.

isn't this the requiem Mass from the year he died? Everyone looks so much... younger and the church less well kept.

What Order do the two priests/friars in the red Franciscan type habit with red cross belong to? Never saw that community before. Is it a new Order?
