That's an interesting chasuble there...it seems that it's a bit wider in the sleeves, like the older style of fiddleback (maybe not quite that big) Pope Benedict wore on Ash Wednesday. Are the FSSP priests interested in preserving this more ample design of the Baroque?

Not only is the cut tasteful but the colour is superb. Old Roman purple.
yes, the fabric is an excellent and authentic reproduction made in genova.
it seems this style is now being made more available again and so it can now be seen here and there.
