With so many having been torn out in recent years, it's a real treat to see these (rare as donkey feathers): top poto was taken in Athens, Greece and the bottom in Brindisi, Italy.

Where can one find the canopies for a bishop's throne? And how does one go about moving the throne off the high altar when all the room in the sanctuary is taken up with an free standing altar added because the High altar couldn't be removed?
Wonderful, they should be an example everywhere....REclaim our identity in our Churches..The audortorium look was old and passe' before it ever took hold.

Build your own throne and base it on old black and white photos that have survived of the same set-up.
