February in Italy...

When it’s warm out it’s nice to pranzare on our covered balcony (ma sei matto!). The poor student living in Italy eats gallina (hen) because it’s cheap. Why is it so cheap? I don’t yet know, but it could be because the outer skin is so hard to chew.

Actully I haven’t seen snow now in over three years. But I sure do miss the old Swiss Mix hot chocolate in the chalet (ground roasted cacao beans there are in Italy, too, but latte e cacao/cioccolato just tastes a little different). Viva la antica latteria di montagna...latte, buonissimamente latte!
