Can you imagine studying here in Rome at the Dominican Univeristy (a.k.a. the "Ange")? The professors and students are great! There are approximately 1,600 students from almost 100 countries with almost 300 students from North America!Until a. D. 1967 all classes at the Angelicum were taught in Latin (bring back the Latin, dudes!)! Until that time, only clerics (= men) attended the Angelicum. Today, many of us laymen study here.
This is a photo of the Church of Saints Dominic and Sixtus at the Angelicum. There is a Bernini altar in the rear of the church that is a must see! Visit soon!
