Are there very many Trinitarians friars left in Rome? They never were a HUGE Order world wide, like the Franciscans or Dominicans ( less than 1,000 before Vatican II....625 today). But they have the most beautiful and unique white habit with red and blue cross on the scapular. Worn with their equally outstanding black cappa and capuche, it's 100x more attractive than the plain Dominican habit.
The Trinitarian sisters have, unfortunatly, greatly modified their habit, which was almost the same as the friars except with a wimple and veil of course.
Now they wear a short white dress, short scapular, and tiny red and blue cross on the scapular. When one remembers their original beautiful habit, this Vatican II conncoction looks ridiculous!! LOL.

You should get some pics from the Trinitarian's San Carlo alle Quattro Fontane.
