It's on the other side of that arcade off the Via dell'umiltà, near the Trevi Fountain. The shop is SO old fashioned. There is nice little papal ceremoniere by that name. He is very kind and good.

yes, it's one of the last few "cappelleria" shops in rome. it's the place to buy a hat - any old style. it's called CAPPELLERIA FRATELLI VIGANO and it's on the via marco minghetti near to the trevi fountain.
