Our Lady, too, veils her hair...


Like the Madonna it is not that Catholic women "cover their heads" in His presence, but that they "veil their hair" in His presence...

Not sure about your distinction. St Paul says "... every woman praying or prophesying with her head not covered, disgraceth her head ..."

Of course it is the head, but think of the hair and what that means/meant in Hebrew culture...
