Where to eat while in Rome...

People always ask the Rome tour guide the same question: "Where's a good place to eat?"

One of the very best places in all of Rome is the wonderful Hostaria Romana on the Via del Gesu, 87-88 (they also have an enoteca there where you can buy wine). Here you will have the real Rome experience which tourists just love.

    I can endorse the same restaurant. If I'm not mistaken, it's open only at lunch.

    One of my favorites:
    Ristorate Antonio d'Aquila a'Abruzzo 17/19 Via Aosta..
    outside the Wall not far from San Giovanni Laterani. Mangia bene !
