What is wrong with this picture?


It has been suggested by some that modern art is for the most part fundamentally atheistic/agnostic.

Break that pottery and bury it in the mud where it came from.

    These pottery vessels are, I think, the origin of the seemingly blasphemous but in fact perfectly harmless and good humoured priestly anecdote :

    Jesus may or may not have used whatever he used. But we can afford gold can we not and it is the precious blood of our lord is it not? so then it must be gold
