Anon. copes are only to be worn by vimps when assisting someone as a major prelate (which a cardinal in Rome is not).
Il piviale รจ usato dai prta-insegne solo alla Messa al trono, non al faldistorio! E comunque le vimpe romane sono bianche, non colorate! usanza barbara!
I piviali per i porta-insegne si usano solo alla Messa al trono.E le vimpe colorate non sono conformi all'usanza romana!
