Hello, the priest in the white biretta is Fr Hugh Allan, Prior of the Norbertine Community at St Chad's Church in Manchester, England. Look at their website on www.praemonstratensis.co.uk
The 'very large man' is the superior of the Norbertines in Manchester, England. I met him after the Mass - he seems a very jolly man (matching his size!) Two of the other Norbertines are students for his community. I think the rest were from St Michael's Abbey - a great place.
Actually there are two Norbertine priories in England with separate superiors. The St. Chad's priory website says that Fr. Allan is the prior administrator while the Storringon website indicates that the superior there is prior 'ad vitam', until he reaches a certain age. Both communities are small, according to their websites. Pity they don't pull resources.
I think they may be from Saint Michael's Abbey in Southern California. I think I recongize one of them.
